Kindergarten
Children entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before October 1st of the school year. Kindergarten is a full-day program, from 8:35 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 9:35 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday, five days a week.
The Foothill Kindergarten program is designed to help stimulate a good self-concept, providing each child with many challenges and a variety of experiences. Children will work and create independently and learn to cooperate with others in a group. We strive to provide opportunities for social and emotional development, inspire language development and expand physical and mental growth.
